Return and Refund


With due empathy, how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, on time, every time. we use a large network of couriers, to deliver your products to you, as early as possible.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges is mentioned separately for each product along with the cost of the product. Delivery charges will be based the actuals of the courier charges

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We ship most items within 7-10 business days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 15 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

You will get an email in your registered mail box for every successful order and you will be notified with tracking number once the order is shipped through courier. You can track the status of your order delivery in the courier’s website or through local contact of the mentioned courier company


Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. If a purchase from the vendor has been initiated or if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%., the refund will be initiated in 5 business days and it may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method

Cancellation will not apply for food products, fragrances, cosmetics nor can refund be claimed on such products


The return is applicable only on the below condition

  • a) Quality of product is not meeting the requirement
  • b) If a wrong product/ incorrect size/different design is delivered tp you
  • c) If an item is missing in the combo set

Returns not applicable on hygiene products, food products. Also the products should be returned in unused condition. Return or refund on products sold at discount or special deal are not eligible for return/refund. The refund of returns will be applicable on the product cost and not on the logistics. The refund will be after deducting the return shipment charges

Customer can opt for a product exchange, with the earlier delivered being returned in unused condition
